        曲久辉,吉林农安人,1957年生;中国工程院院士,美国国家工程院外籍院士,发展中国家科学院院士;清华大学环境学院特聘教授、博士生导师。
    </p>
    <p>
        曲久辉院士长期从事水质科学、技术和工程应用研究,率先提出和发展了以健康风险控制为核心的饮用水安全保障理论,突破水源水质改善、除砷除氟、毒害污染物去除等关键工程技术;创建污染物去除与同步产能的原理和方法,提出并主导建成全球首座污水资源概念厂;主持白洋淀生态环境治理规划,支撑雄安新区建设。主要研究兴趣包括:(1)饮用水安全保障,涉及饮用水水质的全过程风险控制问题,提出并特别关注“标准与效应协同控制”新理论和新工艺。(2)水质净化与能量转化,涉及水中污染物去除与产能同步的原理、方法、材料、反应器与应用问题,重点关注以电子转移为主要机制的污染物产能理论和方法。(3)废水处理过程,涉及絮凝、吸附、膜分离、电化学等方法,提出并努力探索物理-化学耦合的微场构造及水处理颠覆性技术创新。(4)流域水污染控制与生态修复,涉及天然水体的水质变化规律、复合污染及生态安全问题,提出并深入研究以物质流为主线的“生态通量”与过程调控机制。
    </p>
    <p>
        主持多项国家自然科学基金、973、863、国家重点研发计划等项目。发表SCI收录论文600余篇,出版学术专著4部,授权中国和国际发明专利150余项。获国家科技进步一等奖1项(2023)、二等奖2项(2004、2006),国家技术发明奖二等奖2项(2012、2017),中国专利优秀奖2项(2015、2017),何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖1项(2009)、中国科学院杰出科技成就奖1项(2021),全国创新争先奖(2023),光华工程科技奖(2024)、诺贝尔可持续发展基金会可持续发展奖(2024)等。
